01 · Inside Orion

Orion. Your team’s AI claims coworker.

Gooclaim OS answers your members. Orion works beside your staff — it reads the claim, prepares the next safe step with its evidence, and acts only when a person says yes. It never decides a claim.

02 · Watch it work

Orion shows its working. Then asks.

Most assistants hand you an answer and hide how they got there, which leaves you trusting a paragraph. Orion reads out loud: every claim it opens and every search it runs appears as it happens, and the action it prepares sits there until a person presses it.

Working

You can check the work, not just the answer

Each line names what Orion opened. If it read the wrong claim or searched the wrong library, you see that before you act on anything.

    The action waits, visibly

Orion prepares a card and stops. There is no quiet mode where it goes ahead because it was confident — the card simply sits there.

    Accepting runs your own path

Pressing Accept does not give Orion a new power. It runs the same hand-over your team runs by hand, and the ledger records who pressed it.

03 · Where the line is

Orion never decides a claim. Here is exactly where it stops.

An AI that can act on a claims floor is only useful if everyone knows what it will not do. These are not settings — they are how Orion is built, and the third column is not a permission anyone can grant.

    On its own

Reading. Nothing a member or your team sees changes.

    • Reads the claim fresh, every timeNever from a stored copy — and every read is on the audit ledger.
    • Watches the IRDAI clock on each claim
    • Opens the member’s uploaded documentsThe opening is recorded before the file is shown.
    • Answers from your own libraryEvery cited sentence quoted word for word, opened at its page.
    • Works out the next safe stepFrom rules over the claim’s own facts — not a model’s guess.

    Proposes · you press

Anything that changes work, or reaches a member.

    • Who should take this claimOrion suggests from your own staff list. A lead decides.
    • Escalating it
    • Asking the member againEven then Orion does not write the message — the claim’s own approved reminder goes out.
    • Every suggestion arrives with its evidenceThe facts it rests on, and where in the claim each one came from.

    Never

Not a permission you can switch on.

    Over all three

Every Orion answer passes the Policy Gate before a word reaches your staff. If the gate cannot be reached, the answer is held — not shown anyway.
